Dual Enrollment General Information

High school students at PVSchools have the opportunity to get a head start on college through our Dual Enrollment programs. Dual Enrollment is a program that allows students to earn high school and college credit at the same time. In some cases, students can have an associates degree by the time they finish high school (example: 6 Horizon High School Seniors Earn AA Degree from Rio Salado College).

Dual Enrollment can not only save students time, it can also save money on college tuition and textbooks.

Our Dual Enrollment courses are offered through Rio Salado College in Tempe, and are offered online. More than 40 universities accept this pathway to entry.

For more information on Dual Enrollment, explore the offerings at our high schools by clicking the links on the right, visit the Rio Salado site, or speak to your guidance counselor at your school.
